• Public Data: Company name, job postings, and driver profiles (if shared publicly). 

C. Automatically Collected Data: 

• Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited.

• Process job applications and match drivers with transport companies and other entities. 

• Facilitate company drivers’ management accounts for transport companies and other entities.

4. Publicly Accessible Information

• Driver Profiles: Name, experience, certifications, and licenses, blacklisted status if any are visible to all users and the public. 

• Company profile: Business name, job postings may be publicly accessible. 

• Warning: all the Information on drivers and earth-moving machine operators employed by the transport companies and other entities posted on this app and website is automatically is for “public view and access” can be viewed, copied, or shared by others. 

• We cannot control third-party misuse of this data.

• With Transport Companies and other entities: When drivers apply for jobs or share profiles. 

• Service Providers: Third parties assisting with background checks, hosting, or analytics. • Legal Compliance: To authorities if required by law. 

• Business Transfers: In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

We retain your information: As long as needed for job applications, account management, for blacklisted drivers’ status check, or legal compliance.
